People’s Choice Awards 2021 Nominations

My Geek Score: Nominations for the 2021 People's Choice Award were revealed on October 27, with F9, This Is Us, and Bieber taking first place as the Most Nominated Film, TV Series, and Music Artist respectively. In theaters, the latest film in the Fast and Furious franchise received eight nominations in total, followed by Marvel's Black Widow with six. Dwayne Johnson, who was part of the Fast and Furious franchise (but not F9), won nominations in various categories including Male Movie Star, Male TV Star, and Social Media Star.

This Is Us led the TV categories with six nominations, followed by Disney + s Loki with five. Fan favorites Ted Lasso, WandaVision, Law, and Order: SVU, and Grey's Anatomy each received four nominations, and the hugely popular Netflix series Squid Game also received a nomination for The Bingeworthy Show 2021.

The big name in music in 2021 is Bieber, who received a whopping 10 PCA nominations for his work last year. Lil Nas X received six nominations, Doja Cat and Olivia Rodrigo received four each. The South Korean supergroup BTS received four PCA nominations. including two in the music video category: one for her English song "Butter" and one for "My Universe", her collaboration with Coldplay. His big hit label mates TXT also received their first PCA nomination in the New Artist category, where 'We'll Fight with Rodrigo, 24kGoldn, Bella Poarch, Giveon, Rauw Alejandro, Tate McRae, and The Kid LAROI.
